# @(#) Quick setup guide for RoWAN.

This guide assumes that you've successfully installed rowan package on the platform of your choice.

FIRST STEPS

1. Read the documentation man pages:
    rowan(1), rwn(1), rwn.conf(5), iga(1);

2. Review the default config file:
    (*) Make a copy of rwn.conf.sample at /usr/share/doc/rowan/examples (/usr/local/../examples under BSD);
    (*) Edit your copy of rwn.conf to suit your needs (mind addresses and interface names there);
    (*) Create tasklist and route spec files using the examples.

3. Test-run rwn(1) and iga(1) in debug mode as non-daemons first to make sure your settings work.
4. Run in daemon mode, read the logs.
